Our events can be from 3 day “Blowout Sales Events” to 6 to 8 week Sales Events and Pop Out Outlets. (Please see our outlet & event center services.)

  • We will work with you to develop a strategic plan that will produce the quickest and highest cost recoveries, then your work is done!
  • Liquid Events is a turnkey solution that organizes, promotes and manages every aspect of the sale. From advertising, staffing, inventory control, daily sales tracking, and a final inventory sell-through analysis.

San Rafael Warehouse Sales Events

  • Seamless transition to our outlet and event center in San Rafael
  • Market and promote as “Blowout Warehouse Sale” to Liquid Events current email database of over 7k in addition to promoting to clients customer.
  • Up and running outlet and event center so there is no upfront expenses required with the exception of product shipment & possible inventory preperation.
  • 6 to 8 week event selling cycle offering higher visibility, lower expenses and higher cost recovery.

Liquid Events National Sales Event Services:

o    Demographic research to determine best event locations
o    Prepare a budget for producing the sales

  • Inventory analysis and estimated cost recovery
  • Event budget for every aspect and need of the event

o    Securing event site
o    Prepare a detailed marketing plan for the sales including but not limited to email campaigns, tv, radio, newspaper, internet marketing through social medias & other grass roots marketing
o    Implement and conduct the sales

  • Hiring of all staff
  • Liquid Events owns equipment needed for the events from registers, racks and event supplies.
  • Logistics of shipments
  • Security

o    End of event reporting

  • Detailed inventory reporting
  • Detailed sales reporting
  • P&L for all expenses
